If you are going to use a SerialEM executable (SerialEM.exe) from this
directory, the safest thing to do is to install the latest beta release
package (SerialEM_4-X-0betaN.exe) first in order to guarantee that the plugins
are up to date.  Often this is not necessary, and you may be able to tell from
the History-testing.txt file that this is the case.
